Hi beautiful Goddess and so glad you are here!

I am a fear conqueror, life coach, Hot Hula Fitness instructor, raw food enthusiast, wellness guru, and lover of life! I am perfectly imperfect and everyday I strive to love myself more. My purpose in life is to share my gifts with the world through positively impacting women, from something as simple as making someone smile to helping her completely transform her life inside and out.

My story

Three years ago I had my “awakening” to the amazing and powerful Woman, Goddess, Lioness that had been buried within my soul for so long. Watch more about “My Calling” here.

Then a year after that I followed my heart and moved from California to Philadelphia to find love. I found love, then lost it, then found a love within myself that will always burn brightly no matter what life throws at me.

Throughout this amazing journey I’ve cried, laughed, been shaken with fear, found the courage within to let the lioness ROAR, loved, hated, and found my higher purpose in this life: to help each and every woman awaken to the amazing and beautiful Goddess that is pushing to come forth! My vision is to help every woman on this planet find the courage to create her own kick-ass life filled with purpose, fulfillment, and unending love for herself and the world. That means you!

I’ve been there. I’ve played it safe and created a life that was boring, dissatisfying, and not aligned with my purpose. I did not follow the gut nagging in my stomach telling me to go after what I truly wanted. Instead, I took the safe and prescribed route.

And I was miserable.

Like many folks, I went to college, got a degree, and joined a large hospital upon graduating, excited about the prospects of working hard and advancing my way up the corporate ladder.

And then reality sunk in.

I became overworked, underpaid, underaprecciated, and just darn dissatisfied with my job. How could I do this for the rest of my life?!?

I was deep in my misery and despair. I knew I was talented, hard-working, and ambitious, but all of it didn’t mean a damn thing for me until I knew what I wanted. Yet, deep down I knew what I wanted to do with my life, but I did not have the courage to go after it.

I was scared.

My dream of being a business owner, of helping others succeed, of carving my own path in this world, just felt so, impossible.
Just the mere thought of it paralyzed me with fear.

After months of quiet desperation and wishing for some sign to appear to me, the defining moment happened.

The answer just fell onto my lap.

My friend dropped off a flyer on my desk for a professional coach training class, and immediately my heart began pounding uncontrollably in my chest and I began to get butterflies. I knew it, the answer just fell onto my lap and I was primed to answer my calling.

The stars had aligned. The planets had rearranged themselves to bring me this opportunity from the Universe. In that moment I did have two choices, either keep living my life the way it was, or really step up and become the amazing person who had been buried inside for so long. Obviously, I took the second route!

I have since been working my passion of helping people embrace their own passions, find their purpose, and find the cojones (or ovaries) to go after their deepest dreams!

Life is too short not to follow your heart.
